History

• Predac Immobilien Management AG was established in 1992 as DePfa Immobilien Management AG, a section of the DePfa-Bauboden Bank Group, with the goal of providing a multifaceted service in the real estate field. In addition to planning, marketing, and property management services in the form of monitoring, consulting, and financing are also provided.
• Accompaniment of real estate projects with a total value of approx. 1.2 billion Euro
• Through MBO majority, Dr. Pues is shareholder of the company since mid-2006.
